Tom Erb

It is 1923, and Prohibition has created strange bedfellows. Thomas Whitmore, a Boston banker with a respectable name to protect, proposes a business deal to Maria Santos, a Cuban American smuggler running her own operation out of Key West. What begins as a transaction becomes a partnership, and then something neither of them expected: a real, lasting love. As federal agents close in, both must decide what they are willing to risk, and who they are willing to become, for each other.
