It’s a simple system, and it exists for a good reason. When a role or a crew position opens up, I want to be reaching out to people who’ve already told me they’re interested and available, not sorting through cold submissions under deadline pressure. The registry does that sorting in advance.
Signing up doesn’t commit you to anything. It just puts you on the list, for full productions, staged readings, and one-off auditions, and lets me reach you directly when something matches.
